Baby Weight

I seriously regret how much weight I gained from my pregnancy! When they say try and only gain 25-30 pounds you should definitely listen to the doctor. It's such a struggle trying to lose this weight. When I came home from the hospital about 25 pounds shed off so easy. I didn't even have to do anything. I'd just wake up and get on the scale and it would say I lost 3 pounds for about a week and then it stopped saying I lost weight. Well almost 4 months later and I'm now forced to give up good food and watch everything that enters my mouth. I decided to start weight watchers because I gained an extra 15 pounds on top of the 25 I was suppose to gain. I've been on weight watchers for 9 days and so far I've lost 4 pounds. I would definitely suggest this diet to any mommies trying to lose their baby weight or just anybody trying to lose weight. It's so simple because you can just sign up for the online program. If you have an iPhone you can just access their app right on your phone too. So it's perfect for busy mommies. Everything you eat has a point value and you only get so many a day depending on your weight. So you can eat really anything you want as long as you have points for it. It's easy too if you like eating out because you can just save your points for dinner. Everyone cross their fingers for me that I lose the rest of this weight!
